A profile ID is the unique number Multilogin uses to identify a specific cloud phone or browser profile. You’ll usually need it when support asks which profile has an issue, when you work with the API or automation, or when you match profiles with records in another tool.

➡️ For cloud phones: open “Profiles” → switch to “Mobile” → find “Profile ID” → click the copy icon.
➡️ For browser profiles: open “Profiles” → switch to “Browser” → select the profile → click “Copy profile ID” in the top or right-click menu.

For browser profiles, you can also copy several IDs at once. Multilogin copies them as a comma-separated list, ready to paste into a ticket, script, spreadsheet, or API request.

How to copy profile IDs

Copy a cloud phone ID

1. Go to “Profiles” in the top navigation bar
2. Select “Mobile” in the left-side menu switcher
3. Find the “Profile ID” column
4. Click the copy icon next to the ID

The cloud phone ID is copied to your clipboard.

 

 

Copy a browser profile ID

1. Go to “Profiles” in the top navigation bar
2. Select “Browser” in the left-side menu switcher
3. Choose the menu you prefer and hit “Copy profile ID”
   1. Right-click a profile in the list, or
   2. Select profile(s) using checkboxes and use the top menu

For a single profile, its ID will be copied to your clipboard. For multiple profiles, a line of IDs (separated by commas) will be copied to your clipboard. You can paste it wherever you need.

Yes. Find the cloud phone under “Profiles” → “Mobile” and click the copy icon in the “Profile ID” column.

Can I copy profile names with the ID?

No. “Copy profile ID” copies the ID only.
