Keyboard shortcuts let you trigger common Multilogin actions directly from your keyboard, from creating profiles to navigating the app and managing selected profiles.

➡️ Click the question mark in the top navigation bar → “Keyboard shortcuts”. Or press Cmd + / on macOS or Ctrl + / on Windows and Linux.

The shortcut guide groups actions by task, so you can quickly find the key combination for what you want to do.

How to use keyboard shortcuts

You can open the shortcut guide in two ways:

• Click the question mark in the top navigation bar → select “Keyboard shortcuts”
• Press Cmd + / (on Mac) or Ctrl + / (on Windows or Linux)

What you’ll see:

A pop-up window with multiple tabs, each grouping shortcuts by task:

• Profiles: Create quick profile, Create regular profile, etc.
• Navigation: Open profile list, Open account settings, etc.
• Management: Edit selected profile, Clone selected profile, etc.
• Organization: Create new folder, Move selected profiles to folder, etc.
• Advanced: AI quick actions, Bulk select profiles, etc.

Each item shows:

• The action name
• The keyboard shortcut
• A quick description of what it does

Can I customize the shortcuts?

Not yet – they’re fixed for now. But we keep it standard and easy to remember.

Do the shortcuts work in all sections?

Most do, but some are only active in certain views (like the profile list).

Is there a printable version?

Nope, but you can screenshot the modal or keep it open while working.
